Ashley Addiction Treatment in Havre de Grace, MD seeks an Intake Associate to join the Intake Team. You will be the first point of contact for new patients, handling inquiries, admissions assessments, and eligibility verifications in a supportive, welcoming manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or AA degree with experience; or working toward either degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Typing and computer skills preferred; knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to inquiries concerning potential admissions.
• Perform admissions assessments for prospective clients.
• Verify that admissions criteria are met.
• Enter client information into the electronic medical record.
• Maintain and update the inquiry database.
• Review insurance quotes and complete pre-certifications.
• Explain all consents required at intake.
