Responsibilities

• Conducts pre-admission assessments.
• Interviews clients and families to meet intake criteria.
• Reviews admissions against criteria, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinates with referral sources for client support and business development.
• Verifies insurance benefits and documents all call activities in CRM.
• Screens referrals and arranges transportation for admission.
• Maintains a waiting list and contacts potential candidates.
