Job summary

Victory Programs Incorporated is seeking an Intake Coordinator to lead the Intake Department for the Recovery Services Division, overseeing referrals, screenings, and admissions for six recovery homes. You will supervise staff, maintain records, and ensure compliant operations across programs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 3 years in human services, strong communication, and coordination with MAT and behavioral health providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in mental health and/or substance use assessment requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of human services experiences.
• Strong computer skills, including typing, and use of Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and attention to detail.
• Strong management skills; CPR certification may be obtained on hire.
• TB screening may be obtained on hire; provide three professional references.
• CPR certified or willing to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage Intake Department for Recovery Services Division across 6 homes.
• Process referrals, screen and admit clients in compliance with standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and electronic health records.
• Track data and provide periodic reports; liaison with program staff.
• Supervise Assistant Intake Coordinator and Intake Receptionist as needed.
• Coordinate day-to-day intake operations and resource utilization.
• Coordinate care with providers, including MAT, behavioral health, and pharmacy.
• Engage in outreach and referral network activities.
• Enter assessments into electronic health records; monitor waitlists.
