Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least two years of customer service experience, proficient MS Word/Excel skills, and strong organizational and communication abilities. CPR and TB screening may be completed after hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Proficient computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Professional appearance and excellent telephone manner.
• Current CPR certification (May be obtained upon hire)
• Complete TB screening (May be obtained upon hire)
• Three professional work references, at least 2 from supervisor or manager.

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen, and direct calls for individuals and providers seeking access to Victory Programs’ services.
• Manage referrals, screening, intake and admission for clients in the Recovery Services Division (6 Recovery Homes).
• Maintain accurate documentation and records including referral database, waitlist and logs.
• Travel to Victory Programs facilities to conduct intake procedures.
• Coordinate admissions and communicate with staff to ensure smooth operations.
