Responsibilities

• Verifications (50%): Outbound calls to Insurance Agents/Regional offices or via websites to verify loan collateral coverage.
• Research (20%): Read and understand auto and mortgage insurance documents.
• Verify and Memo (10%): Document thoroughly in loan history for lenders.
• Accounts per Hour (10%): Meet target of 10 accounts per hour via verifications and calls.
• Quality (10%): Achieve 90%+ on quality audits and report learning opportunities.
