Job summary

Allied Solutions is seeking a Validation Specialist I to perform outbound calls to Insurance Agents and Regional offices to verify loan collateral coverage for auto and mortgage loans.

You will research insurance documents and carefully document loan histories to aid lenders. The role requires meeting speed and quality targets while maintaining confidentiality and professional communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Clear, concise and effective oral communication; accurate written communication.
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Self-prioritize with strong organizational workflow skills.
• Data entry and keyboard proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with professional interactions.

Responsibilities

• Verifications (50%): perform outbound calls to insurance agents/regional offices to verify loan collateral coverage.
• Research (20%): read and understand insurance documents for auto and mortgage loans.
• Verify and document thoroughly in loan history for lenders to understand.
• Accounts per hour (10%): achieve 10 accounts per hour via website verifications and calls.
• Quality (10%): maintain 90%+ quality on audits and report learning opportunities to management.
