• Experience with outbound calls to insurance agents and regional offices.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand insurance documents for loan history to perform correct tasks.
• Verify and memo insurance information for escrow products.
• Review loan history and research actions needed for renewal premiums.
• Escalate system issues to leadership when needed.
• Assist with special projects and training of new team members.
