Job summary

Allied Solutions LLC is seeking a Validation Specialist I to perform outbound calls and data verifications for auto and mortgage loan collateral. You will read insurance documents, validate information with agents, and document loan histories accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to Insurance Agents/Regional offices or using websites for verification of loan collateral coverage.
• Work with vehicle and mortgage outbound calls.
• Read and understand auto and mortgage insurance documents to guide loan tasks.
• Accurately verify questions with insurance agents and regional offices and document loan history.
• Meet the department goal of 10 accounts per hour and support SLA of 95% in 7 days completed.
• Maintain quality by auditing procedures and reporting learning opportunities to management.
