Job summary

Allied Solutions seeks a responsible leader to guide the Validation Team through coaching, development, and monitoring of Cancel Pending, Outbound Call, and escrow processes. The role includes reporting department updates to management and maintaining strong employee relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years of directly related work experience.
• Effective listening and clear written/oral communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach employees to improve performance.
• Provide workload direction to ensure adequate coverage and meet business needs.
• Monitor QA audits, identify performance gaps and address them.
• Communicate best practices to the team and management.
• Handle borrower, agent, and lender calls and written inquiries effectively.
• Speak with clients and upper management to align with department goals.
