Job summary

Allied Solutions, headquartered in Carmel, Indiana, seeks a Validation Specialist I to perform outbound verifications of loan collateral coverage with insurance agents and regional offices, and to use websites for data verification on auto and mortgage loans.

You will read insurance documents, document loan histories, and verify information while meeting SLA targets, quality audits, and productivity goals. A high school diploma and clear communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Verifications (50%): Outbound calls to Insurance Agents/Regional offices or website verifications for loan collateral coverage on auto and mortgage loans.
• Research (20%): Read and understand insurance documents for auto and mortgage loans to perform required tasks according to lender details.
• Verify and Memo (10%): Verify questions with insurance agents and document loan histories thoroughly.
• Accounts per Hour (10%): Meet the department goal of 10 accounts per hour via website verifications and calls.
• Quality (10%): Maintain 90%+ quality on audits and report learning opportunities to management.
