Job summary

EY seeks a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth practice, leading client engagements and multidisciplinary teams in life insurance, annuity, and group benefits transformations. You will guide delivery roadmaps, governance, and execution across complex workstreams, while shaping EY's insurance consulting growth.

You’ll partner with client executives, manage budgets and risks, and drive adoption of AI-driven improvements to create measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience managing client relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with policy administration platforms (PAS) such as FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wma/CyberLife, EXL LifePro.
• Strong understanding of Life & Annuity value chain, including configuration, underwriting, and claims.
• Program management in onshore/offshore delivery with multiple vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs aligned with objectives and architecture.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders.
• Define delivery roadmaps, governance models, and execution strategies.
• Oversee scope, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery performance.
• Lead governance forums and collaboration across client, EY, and vendor teams.
• Ensure delivery excellence via Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and quality engineering practices.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions, automation, and data-driven insights.
