Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join our Business Transformation & Growth practice. You will lead complex client engagements across life, annuity, and group insurance transformations, directing multidisciplinary teams and shaping growth in EY's insurance consulting practice.

You will oversee program governance, emphasize agile delivery, and leverage AI-driven insights to create sustainable business value. Travel up to 50% may be required as client needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6–10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.
• Experience with one or more policy administration platforms including FAST (Verisk), FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or comparable modern PAS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs, ensuring delivery aligns with objectives and contracts.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client leaders, driving strategic outcomes and alignment.
• Define delivery roadmaps, governance models, and execution strategies across complex workstreams.
• Oversee program scope, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery performance.
• Drive adoption of Agile, SAFe, DevOps, quality engineering, and automation.
