Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead client engagements, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive large-scale business and technology transformation programs for life insurance and group benefits providers.

You will oversee governance, deliver roadmaps, and ensure delivery excellence across complex workstreams, including AI-enabled solutions and data-driven insights. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.
• Experience with one or more policy administration platforms including FAST (Verisk), FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or comparable modern PAS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives, architecture standards, and contractual commitments.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders, driving strategic outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
• Define delivery roadmaps, governance models, and execution strategies across complex workstreams.
• Oversee program scope, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and overall delivery performance.
• Lead governance forums and drive collaboration across client, EY, and vendor teams to resolve complex business and technology challenges.
