EY is seeking a Manager to join EY's Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead client engagements, manage multidisciplinary teams, drive business growth, and deliver large-scale business and technology transformations for life insurance, group benefits, and retirement providers.

Our practice helps clients reimagine operations, technology platforms, and customer experiences to create sustainable business value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
5+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with alignment to objectives and contracts.
Serve as trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders.
Define delivery roadmaps, governance, and execution strategies.
Oversee scope, budget, risks, and delivery performance.
Drive governance forums and collaboration across teams to resolve challenges.
Ensure delivery excellence with Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and release management.
Mentor and develop consulting teams and support career growth.
Support account growth through relationships, proposals, and client presentations.
