EY is seeking a Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth practice in the US. You will lead large-scale life and group insurance transformation programs, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive growth while partnering with senior client executives to deliver measurable business value.

You’ll oversee governance, delivery roadmaps, and risk management, while advancing AI-enabled solutions and data-driven insights in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs
• Experience with policy administration platforms listed
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
• Travel up to 50% as needed

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with governance
• Serve as trusted advisor to client leaders
• Define delivery roadmaps and execution strategies
