EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth practice. You will lead complex transformation programs for life, annuity, and group insurance, managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering value for clients.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to executives, shape delivery roadmaps, and ensure governance and risk management across programs while driving growth and innovation in insurance transformation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance
• Experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs
• Experience managing client relationships and cross-functional teams
• Experience with policy administration platforms like FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs ensuring delivery aligns with objectives and standards.
• Oversee governance forums and drive collaboration across client, EY, and vendor teams.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development for consulting teams.
• Support growth through client relationships, proposals, and account growth activities
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions, automation, and data-driven insights.
