Job summary

EY seeks a Manager to lead large-scale life insurance and retirement transformation programs within the BTG practice. You will guide client engagements, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and drive growth across life, annuity, and group benefits segments.

You’ll shape delivery strategies, governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment while leveraging AI and automation to improve value. This role offers broad industry exposure and leadership development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of professional experience.
5+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
Experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
Experience with policy administration platforms (FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, DXC, EXL).
Strong executive communication and ability to influence senior leaders.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements and manage multidisciplinary teams on insurance transformations.
Define delivery roadmaps, governance models, and execution strategies.
Oversee program scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery performance.
Drive governance forums and cross-team collaboration.
Advance practice capabilities through thought leadership and innovation.
