EY is seeking a Manager to lead complex insurance transformation programs within its BTG practice. You will direct multi-disciplinary teams, define delivery roadmaps, and align IT and business objectives across life, annuity, and group insurance projects.

You will oversee governance, drive AI-enabled solutions, manage budgets, and escalate risks while developing talent and shaping EY's insurance services. The role offers substantial travel and leadership growth opportunities within EY’s global

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of relevant professional experience
• 5+ years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance
• Led large-scale business and technology transformation programs
• Experience managing client relationships and cross-functional teams
• Experience with PAS platforms such as FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro
• Strong understanding of Life & Annuity value chain
• Program management in onshore/offshore delivery
• Experience overseeing platform configuration, integration, APIs, data migration
• Executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
• Ability to influence senior leaders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic thinking
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

• Monitor program health, security, and architecture standards
• Lead, coach, and mentor consulting teams
