Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits with transformation experience.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical/Lead Architect on large programs.
• Knowledge of life & annuity value chain and policy administration platforms.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, cloud platforms, and data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large insurance programs.
• Advise executives on technology investments, platforms, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure enterprise architectures across business, data, and integration domains.
• Drive AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Oversee governance, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance for architectures.
