Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in its Business Transformation & Growth practice to lead architecture strategy and modernization for large-scale insurance programs. You will guide target-state designs, define integration patterns, and oversee execution while leveraging AI capabilities to accelerate value and efficiency.

This role demands collaboration with executives and multidisciplinary teams across cloud, data, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical Architect on large programs.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain and PAS platforms.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, and modern integration patterns.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience leading architecture governance and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience developing architecture roadmaps and transformation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale insurance programs.
• Advise executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure architectures for business, data, and integration domains.
• Drive AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across core platforms, cloud, data, and analytics.
