Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join our Business Transformation & Growth practice to help clients architect and modernize their business and technology ecosystems. You will lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale insurance programs, advising executives on platform investments and transformation decisions.

You will oversee architecture governance, drive AI-enabled solutions, and mentor multidisciplinary teams across delivery models, helping clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years of Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits experience.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical Architect on large transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain including product development, underwriting, policy administration, servicing, billing, claims, distribution.
• Experience with policy administration platforms such as FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, LifePro, or similar PAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large insurance programs.
• Advise client executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures across business, data, integration, and technology domains.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes, efficiency, and customer experience.
