Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth practice, shaping architecture strategy and solution design for large-scale insurance transformations. You will lead target-state architectures, evaluate platforms, and oversee implementation with a focus on AI-enabled modernization and measurable business value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale insurance programs.
Advise executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
Define scalable, secure architectures across business, data, integration, and technology domains.
Promote AI-enabled solutions to accelerate delivery, quality, and efficiency.
