Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Business Transformation & Growth practice to lead architecture strategy and solution design for large-scale insurance transformations. You will guide target-state architectures, define patterns for APIs and cloud platforms, and drive AI-enabled modernization to accelerate value.

The role requires strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership across onshore/offshore teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, Business or related field.
8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical Architect on large programs.
Knowledge of life and annuity value chain and PAS platforms.
Experience with APIs, middleware, cloud, and AI-enabled architectures.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps.
Advise executives on platform investments and transformation decisions.
Define scalable, secure architectures for business, data, and integrations.
Drive AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and customer experience.
Oversee end-to-end architecture across core platforms, cloud, data, and analytics.
Establish patterns and governance for APIs and cloud-native solutions.
Mentor architecture professionals and contribute to practice growth.
