Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years in consulting or architecture.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical/Lead Architect on large programs.
• Knowledge of life and annuity value chain and PAS platforms.
• Experience with API, middleware, data integration, and cloud platforms.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership.
