Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Business Transformation & Growth practice to lead architecture strategy and solution design for large-scale insurance transformations. You will guide target-state architectures, evaluate platforms, and oversee implementations, leveraging AI and cloud technologies to drive measurable business value.

You’ll mentor multidisciplinary teams, engage executives, and shape transformation roadmaps while ensuring security, governance, and risk management across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years in consulting, technology, or architecture.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical/Lead Architect on large transformations.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain and PAS systems.
• Experience designing enterprise integration with APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud).
• Experience leading architecture governance and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale insurance programs.
• Advise executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure architectures for business, data, integration, and technology domains.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across core platforms, cloud, data, and analytics.
• Define AI architecture strategies using Generative AI, ML, automation, and analytics.
• Establish architecture patterns, standards, and integration frameworks.
