Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Business Transformation & Growth practice to lead architecture strategy for large-scale insurance modernization programs. You will guide target-state designs, integration patterns, and platform selections, working with client executives and multidisciplinary teams.

The role focuses on modernizing life and group insurance operations, leveraging AI and cloud technologies to deliver measurable business value. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years of experience within Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience serving as Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Architect on large transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale insurance transformation programs.
• Advise client executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure, and future-ready business, application, data, integration, and technology architectures.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve business outcomes, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across insurance core platforms, cloud technologies, integrations, data, analytics, and enterprise applications.
