Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Business Transformation & Growth practice to lead architecture strategy and modernization for large-scale insurance programs. You will define target architectures, advise executives, and drive AI-enabled solutions across core platforms, data, and cloud.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure governance, and contribute to practice development while staying current on insurance, cloud, and AI tech trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years of Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits experience.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical Lead Architect on large programs.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain and PAS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps.
• Advise executives on technology investments and platform strategies.
• Define scalable, secure architectures for data, integration, and cloud.
• Drive AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Oversee governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Build relationships with client executives and lead workshops.
• Mentor architecture professionals and contribute to practice growth.
