Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join our Business Transformation & Growth practice to help clients architect and modernize their business and technology ecosystems.

As a Manager, you will lead architecture strategy and solution design for large-scale insurance transformation programs, defining target-state architectures, evaluating platforms, and guiding teams through complex architecture decisions, leveraging AI capabilities and modern technologies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits
• Experience as Solution Architect or Lead Architect on large programs.
• Deep knowledge of Life & Annuity value chain and PAS platforms.
• Experience with enterprise integration and modern API patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps.
• Advise executives on technology investments and platform strategies.
• Define scalable architectures across business, data, and integration domains.
• Promote AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
