Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/engineering/business or related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical/Lead Architect on large programs.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain including policy administration, servicing, billing, claims, and distribution.
• Experience with policy administration platforms (FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, LifePro).

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale insurance transformation programs.
• Advise client executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures for business, application, data, integration, and technology.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve business outcomes and efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across insurance core platforms, cloud technologies, integrations, data, analytics, and enterprise apps.
• Define enterprise AI architecture strategies leveraging Generative AI, ML, automation, and analytics.
• Establish architecture patterns, standards, and integration frameworks for APIs, cloud-native solutions, AI services, and agents.
• Provide oversight for data architecture, migration, reporting, analytics, and MDMs.
• Lead architecture governance, review boards, and decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and risk management requirements.
• Partner with delivery teams to address challenges and mitigate risks.
• Promote AI to accelerate delivery, quality, and engineering productivity.
• Build relationships with client executives and program sponsors.
• Lead architecture workshops, strategy sessions, and executive reviews.
• Translate business priorities into actionable roadmaps and transformation strategies.
• Mentor and develop architecture professionals and contribute to practice growth.
• Support recruitment and career development in line with emerging technologies.
