Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join our Business Transformation & Growth practice to help clients architect and modernize their business and technology ecosystems. This role leads architecture strategy for large-scale insurance programs, guiding design choices, cloud and data architectures, and AI-enabled modernization initiatives.

You will collaborate with executives and multidisciplinary teams, delivering measurable business value and fostering a culture of responsible AI and secure delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, engineering, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical Architect on large transformations.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain.
• Experience with policy administration platforms (FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy and modernization roadmaps for large programs.
• Advise clients on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure enterprise architectures (data, apps, integration).
• Drive AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Mentor architecture professionals and contribute to practice growth.
