Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Business Transformation & Growth practice to help clients architect and modernize their business and technology ecosystems. You will lead architecture strategy and solution design for large-scale insurance transformations, guiding multi-disciplinary teams and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field and extensive architecture consulting experience.
• Experience with life insurance value chain and PAS platforms is preferred.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale insurance programs.
• Advise client executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure architectures across business, application, data, integration, and technology domains.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and customer experience.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across core platforms, cloud, integrations, data, and analytics.
• Establish architecture patterns and integration frameworks for APIs and cloud-native solutions.
• Provide oversight for data architecture, migration, analytics, and master data management.
