Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join our Business Transformation & Growth practice to help clients architect and modernize their business and technology ecosystems. You will lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale insurance transformation programs.

You will advise client executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions, defining scalable, secure architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical Architect on large programs.
• Knowledge of Life & Annuity value chain and PAS solutions.
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures with APIs/middleware.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large insurance programs.
• Advise executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure architectures across business, data, integration, and technology domains.
• Drive AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and customer experience.
• Provide oversight for data architecture, migration, and analytics.
