Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
• Experience as Solution/Enterprise/Technical Architect on large programs.
• Deep understanding of Life & Annuity value chain and PAS platforms.
• Cloud, data, APIs, and modern integration patterns knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps.
• Advise executives on technology investments and platform strategies.
• Define scalable, secure architectures for business, data, and integrations.
• Drive AI-enabled solution adoption to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Govern architecture governance and design reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor architects and contribute to practice growth.
