Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in the Business Transformation & Growth practice to lead architecture strategy and solution design for large insurance transformations. You will guide target-state architectures, cloud & data strategies, and AI-enabled modernization with executive stakeholders.

You’ll mentor multidisciplinary teams, shape technology roadmaps, and drive measurable business value across Life Insurance, Annuities, and Group Benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
• 5+ years of experience within Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits
• Experience serving as Solution/Enterprise/Technical/Lead Architect on large transformation programs.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale programs.
• Advise client executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
• Define scalable, secure architectures across business, data, integration and technology domains.
• Drive AI-enabled solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Lead architecture governance and design reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Translate business priorities into actionable technology roadmaps and transformation strategies.
