EY is seeking a Manager in the Business Transformation & Growth practice to lead architecture strategy and solution design for large-scale insurance transformations. You will guide target-state architectures, cloud and data patterns, and AI-enabled initiatives while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging client executives.
You will support Life & Group Insurance transformations, shape platform strategies, and ensure enterprise alignment with security, privacy, and regulatory
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- ~8+ years of consulting, technology, or architecture experience.
- ~5+ years within Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
- ~Experience serving as Solution/Enterprise/Technical Architect on large transformation programs.
Mansioni
- Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps for large-scale insurance programs.
- Advise executives on technology investments, platform strategies, and transformation decisions.
- Define scalable, secure architectures across business, data, integration, and technology domains.
