Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth practice to architect and modernize large-scale insurance programs. You will lead target-state design, platform strategies, AI integration, and program governance while guiding multidisciplinary teams.

This role requires extensive Life Insurance experience and executive communication skills. You will mentor staff, contribute to solution assets, and participate in business development to drive measurable outcomes for clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Extensive experience in large transformation programs.
• Deep Life & Annuity value chain knowledge and PAS exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture strategy, target-state design, and modernization roadmaps.
• Define scalable architectures across business, data, integration, and tech domains.
• Oversee governance, security, privacy, and risk management alignment.
• Manage client executives, workshops, and solution reviews at the program level.
• Mentor architecture professionals and contribute to practice growth.
