• Develops and enhances training programs for Insurance Agents.
• Provides support for Agents in Insurance concepts and sales.
• Designs training resources for all insurance products and systems.
• Facilitates sales training using live presentations, web conferencing, computer-based training, and one-on-one contact with Agents.
• Continuously assesses, develops, and improves training programs.
• Gathers and compiles information regarding trainings and analyzes discrepancies.
• Creates training using storyboards.
• Attends conferences related to talent development.
