USI Insurance Services is seeking a training professional to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions tailored to organizational needs. You will manage training projects, collaborate with SMEs, and create engaging content across multiple formats to support the company's insurance teams.

The role emphasizes full-cycle program development, evaluation of solutions, and the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences, including leaders and staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
• College degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong project management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for full-cycle recruitment, management, and development of assigned team.
• Develop and prepare training materials and update as needed.
• Manage course design projects with SMEs to create content for internal training.
• Lead the delivery of training programs in various formats (in-class, web-based, blended).
• Design and develop dynamic instructional interactions and simulations.
• Evaluate and improve existing training solutions using improvement methodologies.
• Write and edit audio voice-over scripts for e-learning as needed.
• Provide recommendations to improve course efficiency and effectiveness.
