• Pursue continuing education and insurance designations/licenses as outlined in the plan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct at least 20 meetings with customers (in person or via video) each week to demonstrate web and phone quoting capabilities and register new users to drive submissions.
• Weekly reporting of sales meetings and forecasting for upcoming weeks.
• Timely follow-up and ongoing communication with customers/prospects to identify opportunities.
• Systematic prospecting and arranging meetings with potential new customers, including those with untapped potential.
• Identify key agency contacts to ensure we work with the right people in each operation.
• Collaborate with USLI and Arlington/Roe teams to review web activity and address trends.
• Maintain active relationships with USLI Regional Sales Manager and Arlington/Roe sales contact to discuss strategy.
