Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group is seeking a Training Specialist to lead the strategy, design, and growth of market-driven training programs for its IMO partners in life and annuity products. The role involves developing curricula, delivering in-person and virtual sessions, and partnering with distribution to expand knowledge of fixed annuities, life insurance, and sales best practices across the agency network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and four-year college experience.
• 10+ years of experience in training or related field.
• Iowa Insurance License required.
• Subject matter expert on fixed annuities, life insurance and proven sales.
• Knowledgeable about the insurance industry, including IMO distribution.
• Knowledgeable about retirement income, planning strategies and life insurance sales.
• Strong public speaking, organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to build and grow a training program for fixed annuity and life industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify knowledge gaps and training needs with producers, agency principals and internal stakeholders.
• Develop training and business development programs and curricula to grow agents’ production.
• Design content and implement effective delivery methods, including eLearning, to improve performance.
• Conduct in-person and virtual field training for distribution channels; coordinate with event planners for live training.
