Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher with several years of experience defining business and technical requirements.
- Experience in financial services or advising insurers on technology-enabled transformation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile SCRUM and BI/ETL concepts.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectures for client solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and client teams to design and deliver system solutions.
- Mentor junior analysts and manage client engagements through all phases of the project life cycle.
