Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience in P&C insurance or consulting.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with insurance technology implementations and system architecture.
• Ability to lead requirements gathering, data mapping, and design.
• Travel to client sites as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to transform business problems into technology solutions.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk in engagements.
• Analyze business requirements for alignment with architecture and implementation plans.
• Assist with vendor selection and technology integration plans.
