Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field with relevant work experience in P&C insurance or consulting.
• Experience with insurance technology platforms and transformation programs.
• Proficiency in system selection, requirements definition, and architecture design.
• Ability to deliver end‑to‑end implementations across project life cycles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to transform business problems into technology solutions.
• Assist engagements on architecture design, vendor selection, and implementation planning.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk for client projects.
• Contribute to data mapping, migration, and integration activities.
