Ideal candidates have a CS/Engineering/Tech degree and experience with major insurance platforms, enabling rapid, standards-based delivery in a hybrid, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/Tech with 2–3 years in property and casualty insurance or consulting.
• Experience with insurance software like Guidewire, Duck Creek or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in system selection, defining requirements, and architecture design.
• Ability to deliver end-to-end implementation across project life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Translate client business problems into technology solutions with a focus on efficiency.
• Assist engagement teams in requirements analysis, architecture design, and vendor selection.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk across projects.
• Collaborate with client teams and partners to implement solutions.
