EY is seeking a senior professional to guide insurance technology-enabled transformation projects, including claims, underwriting and billing. You’ll work with clients to define requirements, design architectures, and manage data migrations across multi-product platforms.

The role emphasizes collaboration in a hybrid, client-facing environment with global teams and a focus on delivering value through technology-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or a related field with 5+ years of relevant work experience; or a master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience with insurance technology implementations and related systems (Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen, DuckCreek, MajescoMastek).
• Proficiency in system selection, requirements definition, architecture design, integration and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to translate business problems into technology solutions.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk across projects.
• Contribute to architecture, data models and integration design; guide vendor selections and implementation plans.
