Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a senior professional to lead insurance technology-enabled transformation programs. You will work directly with clients to translate complex business issues into effective technology solutions, guiding architecture, data management, and program delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years defining business and technical requirements; or a master’s degree and 3+ years.
3+ years in financial services or advising P&C insurance carriers.
2+ years leading a team of business/technical analysts through lifecycle phases.
Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, or similar tools and BI/ETL environments.
Strong ability to translate requirements into technical specs and system architecture.

Responsibilities

Work with clients to transform business problems into technology solutions.
Support remediation and mitigation of process risk within engagements.
Assist teams with requirements analysis, architecture design, vendor selection and implementation planning.
Provide insights from diverse data sources to validate solutions and identify opportunities.
Mentor junior resources and foster an inclusive, innovative team environment.
