Zusammenfassung

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join engagement teams, delivering consulting services to major life, annuity and group benefits providers. You will work within the BTG practice to reimagine and modernize delivery, touching product configuration, underwriting, policy administration and claims.

Expect exposure to Agile/SAFe environments and executive-level communication. You will lead platform solutions, manage delivery plans, and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams while mentoring junior

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience across Life, Annuity, and Group benefits lines.
• Strong knowledge of policy administration platforms and integrations.
• Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel; strong written and verbal communication.

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives and standards.
• Coordinate planning, scope, risks, issues, and milestones across teams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior staff and drive continuous delivery improvements.
