EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join EY engagement teams, delivering consulting services and developing business with our life insurance, group benefits and retirement clients. The role sits in the Business Transformation and Growth (BTG) practice, helping clients reimagine and modernize to create long‑term value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience in insurance consulting.
• Experience across Life, Annuity and Group Benefits lines.
• Delivery on policy administration platforms and API integration experience.
• Knowledge of Life & Annuity value chain: config, underwriting, admin, claims.
• Program or project management in on-shore/off-shore delivery models.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; strong written/presentation skills.
• Experience with Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives and standards.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, and milestones across teams.
• Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation activities.
• Translate business requirements into delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment with architecture, security, and regulatory needs.
• Monitor health and performance; drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support governance forums with status updates and recommendations.
• Promote best practices in Agile/SAFe delivery, testing and DevOps.
• Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement.
