Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant working experience.
• 3+ years’ experience across Life, annuity, and Group benefits lines.
• Experience with policy administration platforms: FAST (Verisk), FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or comparable PAS.
• Working knowledge of the Life & Annuity value chain: product configuration, new business/underwriting, policy administration, servicing, and claims.
• Program, project, or workstream management in an on-shore/off-shore delivery model with clients and vendors.
• Hands-on familiarity with platform configuration and integration (APIs, middleware, data migration).
• Excellent business, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Aufgaben

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives, architecture, and programs.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation across business, tech, and vendor teams.
• Partner with client stakeholders to translate requirements into delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, regulatory, and operational goals.
• Monitor program health and delivery performance; drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support governance forums with status updates and delivery insights.
• Promote Agile/SAFe, testing, release management, DevOps, and readiness best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and foster delivery excellence.
