EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join EY engagement teams, deliver consulting services and develop business with our clients: the largest providers of life insurance, group benefits and retirement. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in Life, annuity, or Group benefits lines.
• Experience delivering on PAS platforms or equivalent systems.
• Knowledge of Life & Annuity value chain: product config, underwriting, policy admin, servicing, claims.
• Experience in on-shore/off-shore delivery with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency with APIs, middleware, and data migration.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel, excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe; travel up to 50%.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of platform solutions aligned with objectives and architecture.
• Manage delivery planning, scope, risks, and milestones across teams.
• Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation activities.
• Translate business requirements into delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Monitor program health and drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onshore/offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Support governance forums with status updates and recommendations.
• Promote Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, release management, and DevOps.
• Mentor junior team members and drive delivery excellence.
